I will start with my own experiences with certain cabinet brands divided into cost levels of affordable, medium, and high end.

Affordable lines I like:  Grandview cabinets out of Kansas.

Affordable lines I don't like:  Aristocraft

Medium lines I like:  Decora, and Crown Cabinets
Medium lines I don't like:  Ultra Craft

High end lines I like:  Omega,  Crestwood
